RootsCamp is fast approaching, and we’re thrilled to invite you to join us as a partner for this year’s transformative event. Taking place February 6-8, 2025, at the Maritime Training Center (MITAGS) near BWI Airport in Linthicum Heights, MD, RootsCamp is a space where progressive changemakers come together to reflect, strategize, and build the movement for a brighter future.

Who Can Be a Partner?
Partnerships are open to any organization that shares our values and is committed to advancing progressive change. Financial sponsorship is not required to become a partner, but we also welcome sponsors to help cover event costs. Sponsorships enable us to:
Waive fees and provide scholarships for attendees who otherwise couldn’t afford to join us.
Ensure RootsCamp remains accessible to as many people as possible.
For individuals who aren’t part of an organization, you can still contribute by joining our organizing committees to help plan and shape the event.

If your organization can provide financial support, we’d love to share details about sponsorship opportunities. Sponsorship levels range from Principal Sponsor ($75,000) to nanoWatt sponsor ($1,250), and every contribution helps us create an inclusive and impactful event.
