As we look ahead to RootsCamp 2025, we call on critical partners and stakeholders to help us make this event a reality. This isn’t just another conference—it’s where the progressive movement gathers to reflect, collaborate, and innovate.
What is RootsCamp?
RootsCamp 2025 will convene in the DMV region, blending an in-person gathering with a robust online platform to maximize accessibility. This year’s event will:
Debrief lessons from the 2024 election, insights, and strategies for future wins.
Foster collaboration, skill-sharing, and community-building for progressive organizers.
Support underrepresented organizers and grassroots leaders through scholarships and career opportunities.
Our Goal
We must secure $250,000 in sponsorship commitments by December 15th to confirm the venue and dates. With $75,000 already pledged, we’re asking our trusted partners to help us reach this goal. (Note: the event will cost closer to double this amount, but we’re confident we’ll raise the rest from ticket sales.

50 in-person tickets, unlimited online tickets, featured networking session, host committee seat, and sponsorship of 15 scholarships.Gigawatt ($35,000):
35 in-person tickets, unlimited online tickets, sponsored sessions, host committee seats, and sponsorship of 10 scholarships.Megawatt ($25,000):
25 in-person tickets, unlimited online tickets, limited sponsored sessions, host committee seats, and sponsorship of 8 scholarships.Kilowatt ($15,000):
